| Still sitting here in the driveway. Actually, I lost my spot in the driveway and now I'm parked in the middle of the oval. Under trees. Trees!
Sure, my driver and I have gone out once or twice, just short little circuits into town. One was to wash me up before "storage," the point of this exercise escapes me now, since I am stored outside. The other was to refill my front tires which were badly underinflated. We actually limped into town that day, my front left pulling us into the oncoming traffic if my driver wasn't careful. Nobody's checked me in a while and I'm too numb to tell if the problem is present again.
But there is good news! (And it doesn't involve Geico!) Rumor has it I'm going to get to go out tommorrow. I'm being set up with a new driver, nothing serious, we're just going to test eachother out. Still, there's a little nagging doubt inside me that says he's only going to be learning how to drive a manual transmission. I've fallen for that trick once or twice. My dirty driver loves that one.

| so I've been sitting in the driveway now since thursday, UNDER A TREE! |

| Its true! My driver has been cheating on me! He's been going out in all these Mazdas, even keeps the brochure for one of them in my passenger seat! How could it come to this?
That's the way we used to be.
 Zooming. Together. Happy.
This used to be his dream--he made this cartoon a while back. Can you tell what car they're in? Its ME!
But I'm not completely powerless in this--oh no! Lately I've been pulling out all the stops; letting the tail jump out and grab more asphalt in a quick mid-corner downshift, showing him what I can do when he stands on the throttle just shy of the apex in a 2nd gear turn, showing him that 85 isn't quite the limit anymore when going through the Egan S-curve, you name it...whatever to build the old excitement again. I'll show him a good time--I'll do things for him no front-driver can ever do! |

| There's a rumor going round... I may be getting replaced. |
